من الملاحظ ان القيام ببحوث علمية في بعض البلدان هي ميادين حديثة, مما يتطلب وقتا لتفهم اساليب ومناهج البحث العلمي , وهذا يحتاج الى ترجمة الكثير من الكتب, التي تشرح ذلك, او تاليف الكتب , التي تخوض في مناهج البحث العلمي . وهذا كتاب " محاضرات في مناهج البحث العلمي للدراسات الإنسانية " ، تأليف د. نبيهة صالح السامرائي ، والذي صدر عن دار الجنان عام 2013 ، ومما جاء في مقدمة الكتاب:
من الملاحظ ان القيام ببحوث علمية في بعض البلدان هي ميادين حديثة, مما يتطلب وقتا لتفهم اساليب ومناهج البحث العلمي , وهذا يحتاج الى ترجمة الكثير من الكتب, التي تشرح ذلك, او تاليف الكتب , التي تخوض في مناهج البحث العلمي . وهذا ما شجعنا ان نكتب في اساسيات البحث العلمي , للطلبة والباحثين الجدد, الذين نامل منهم , تفهم هذه المناهج واتباعها. ..فالفصل الاول تناول مفاهيم في اساسيات مناهج البحث العلمي , ومنه انطلاقنا الى البحث العلمي في المنهج التاريخي , ثم فتحنا المنهج الوصفي في الفصل الثالث , وتناول الفصل الرابع المنهج التجريبي والمتغيرات التي تضبط التجربة . اما الفصل الخامس, فقد تناولِ العينات التي هي من العوامل التي تساعد الباحث وتسهل عمله , اما الفصل السادس, فقد تناول ادوات البحث العلمي, كالمقابلة والاستبيان والملاحظة . والفصل السابع , فقد تناول كيفية استعمال المكتبة, واستفادة الطالب او الباحث من ذلك. اما الفصل السابع فقد تناول تطبيقات تسهل على الطالب او المبتدئ , على كيفية بناء البحث , وماهي النقاط الرئيسية, التي يجب ان تتبع في كتابة البحوث .
