أضحى الاستهتار واللامبالاة والانهيار القيمي والانحدار الأخلاقي سمات لجيل اليوم ، وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتقدم رؤية فقهية مقارنة حول أحكام التأديب في الأسرة والتعليم كوسيلة أولى للرقي الخلقي والجدية والإيجابية ، فتفصل البحث في مفهوم التأديب ومتعلقاته وأسسه الفقهية، وتتناول أطراف عملية التأديب من مؤدِّب- كالوالدين والمعلم .. - ومؤدَّب – كالولد المذنب والزوجة الناشز - وكذلك أنواع أضحى الاستهتار واللامبالاة والانهيار القيمي والانحدار الأخلاقي سمات لجيل اليوم ، وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتقدم رؤية فقهية مقارنة حول أحكام التأديب في الأسرة والتعليم كوسيلة أولى للرقي الخلقي والجدية والإيجابية ، فتفصل البحث في مفهوم التأديب ومتعلقاته وأسسه الفقهية، وتتناول أطراف عملية التأديب من مؤدِّب- كالوالدين والمعلم .. - ومؤدَّب – كالولد المذنب والزوجة الناشز - وكذلك أنواع التأديب من واجب ومباح ، أسري ومدرسي ، إيجابي وسلبي ، وقائي وزاجر ، نفسي وجسدي . وتبين أسباب التأديب كالتأديب في حقوق الله وحقوق العباد والتأديب من أجل الفضائل الاجتماعية وغير ذلك .. وتوضح أساليب التأديب بين نفسي – كالتوبيخ واللوم والهجر .. – وجسدي – كالضرب – مع بيان آثار التأديب الإيجابية وفوائده الجمة باعتبارها هدف المؤدِّب وكذلك آثاره السلبية التي يمكن أن تنجم عنه لتفاديها. فالعقاب ليس مقصوداً لذاته ، بل لكونه تربوياً في مآله ، وإنما الهدف هو تنمية بذور الفطرة السليمة في الطفل منذ نعومة أظفاره ، والعمل على توجيه بواعث الخير في نفسه ، وتنمية الاتجاهات الإيجابية لديه، وتعويده على التَّحكّم بعواطفه وضبط انفعالاته، والسمو بغرائزه وتنظيمها وتوجيهها، بهدف تنشئة جيل ناجح ٍواع ٍخلوق، محاطٍ بسياج ٍمن التَّربية والأدب .
