إن لكل زعيم من زعماء الديكتاتورية بواعثه النفسية والأخلاقية التي جنحت به أو فرضت عليه أن يصطنع الدكتاتورية منهاجًا لحكمه فكان أن أصبح لكل منهم دكتاتوريته الخاصة والمميزة :
فمنهم من آمن بأن الديكتاتورية هي أصلح سياسة بل أوجب سياسة لإنقاذ الشعب مما لحق به وإنتهى إليه .. فكان جبارًا عاتيًا أذل شعبه وأوهن شوكته..
ومنهم من كان قوي الإرادة شديد البأس عاتي الشكيمة قادرًا على التفكي إن لكل زعيم من زعماء الديكتاتورية بواعثه النفسية والأخلاقية التي جنحت به أو فرضت عليه أن يصطنع الدكتاتورية منهاجًا لحكمه فكان أن أصبح لكل منهم دكتاتوريته الخاصة والمميزة :
فمنهم من آمن بأن الديكتاتورية هي أصلح سياسة بل أوجب سياسة لإنقاذ الشعب مما لحق به وإنتهى إليه .. فكان جبارًا عاتيًا أذل شعبه وأوهن شوكته..
ومنهم من كان قوي الإرادة شديد البأس عاتي الشكيمة قادرًا على التفكير السليم ويُرجى منه خير كثير ولكنه وقع فريسة للمخادعين والمضللين فبعثوا بإرادته وفتتوه عن عقيدته فكان حربًا على شعبه..
ومنهم من عبثت به شهوات نفس مريضة وعقل متخثر رجاح وقلب هواء من الإيمان بالله فكان كارثه على شعبه..
وإننا إذ نقدم مجموعة من الزعامات الدكتاتورية التي إبتلى بها الإسلام.. ومجموعة ثانية من الزعامات الدكتاتورية التي إبتليت بها أمم أخرى .. فإننا نترك أعمالهم تتحدث عنهم فمن خلال أعمالهم سوف ندرك فى وضوح وجلاء مدى خطورة الدكتاتورية على الحضارة الإنسانية بعامة والإسلام بخاصة..
