هل يمكننا أن نجازف فنقول إنه يمكن أن يكون الشعب ذاته دكتاتوراً على الحاكم وبالتالي دكتاتوراً على نفسه؟
هل يمكن أن تكون فتنة الدكتاتورية سواء تجسدت في فرد أم في مجموعة أفراد كالوباء يتفشى داؤه فيمن حوله فإذا أقربهم إلى السلطة أقربهم إلى الدكتاتورية في نزعاتها فيمارس ما تمارسه مقتدياً ومهتدياً؟
وحتى نكون على بينة وهدى من أمرنا علينا أن نسائل التاريخ عما إذا كانت الدكتاتورية ضرورة حضارية أن إنها هي مأساة الإنسان بحكم فطرته.
