يعتمد كل كائن حي علي المدخلات التي تتحول حسب النظام الذي أوجده الله سبحانه وتعالى في تلك الكائنات إلى طاقة، ففي الإنسان تبدأ تلك الطاقة تتدفق منذ نفخ الروح في النطفة، حيث يستمد طاقته من خلال الغذاء والأكسجين الوارد إليه من أمه، وهكذا حتى تتمم عملية الخلق بأحسن تقويم، وتستمر هذه العملية إلى ما بعد الولادة حيث يكون لهذا الكائن الحي القدرة بإذن الله على تناول الطعام والتنفس ذ يعتمد كل كائن حي علي المدخلات التي تتحول حسب النظام الذي أوجده الله سبحانه وتعالى في تلك الكائنات إلى طاقة، ففي الإنسان تبدأ تلك الطاقة تتدفق منذ نفخ الروح في النطفة، حيث يستمد طاقته من خلال الغذاء والأكسجين الوارد إليه من أمه، وهكذا حتى تتمم عملية الخلق بأحسن تقويم، وتستمر هذه العملية إلى ما بعد الولادة حيث يكون لهذا الكائن الحي القدرة بإذن الله على تناول الطعام والتنفس ذاتيا، ويقوم جسده تلقائيا بتحويل تلك المدخلات إلى طاقة من أجل بناء وتكوين ذلك الجسد واستمرار الحياة فيه ... وكل حركة يقوم بها الإنسان سواء كانت عضلية أو فكرية فهي استنزاف لهذه الطاقة، لذا فعملية التزويد بالطاقة يجب أن تكون مستمرة وصحيحة حتى تستمر الحياة والصحة بإذن الله تعالى.
الإنسان جزء متصل بهذا الكون ويتأثر به، حتى الكواكب والنجوم واكتمال القمر يؤثر علينا بطاقته .. الإنسان يصدر طاقة من الداخل إلى الخارج أي يؤثر على الآخرين وعلى الأشياء .. وأيضا يتلقى الطاقة من الخارج إلى الداخل أي يتأثر بالآخرين والأشياء .. وعملية شحن الطاقة في الجسم عملية ممكنة وسهلة ولها تدريبات بسيطة ، هذا ما سنتناوله في هذا الكتاب بمشيئة الله.
