هذا ليس تقديماً لحسام فخر ولا لـ : حكايات أمينة ، لأن الموهبة لا تحتاج إلى التقديم ، مثلما لا يحتاجه نجم مشع ، أو نهر يتدفق . ولا تعوز الأعمال الجميلة لشق طريقها عبارات جميلة ، فموهبة حسام فخر تنطق بصفائها وقدرتها، وتقيم سرداق إحتفال بوجودها في حكايات أمينة.. وأنا واثق أن القارئ لن ينسى هذه الحكايات ، وأن عذوبتها وإنسانيتها ستبقى في روحه وعقله ، لأنها إضافة حقيقية لشعور وذ هذا ليس تقديماً لحسام فخر ولا لـ : حكايات أمينة ، لأن الموهبة لا تحتاج إلى التقديم ، مثلما لا يحتاجه نجم مشع ، أو نهر يتدفق . ولا تعوز الأعمال الجميلة لشق طريقها عبارات جميلة ، فموهبة حسام فخر تنطق بصفائها وقدرتها، وتقيم سرداق إحتفال بوجودها في حكايات أمينة.. وأنا واثق أن القارئ لن ينسى هذه الحكايات ، وأن عذوبتها وإنسانيتها ستبقى في روحه وعقله ، لأنها إضافة حقيقية لشعور وذكاء وطموح الأدب عندنا. يكفى أن تقرأ حكاية واحدة مثل " حكاية البغبغان " وبعدها ستقول : عندك حق هذا كاتب فعلاً ، في زمن انتشرت فيه الكتابة ، غير كتاب. هى كتابات كتبها حسام على حد قوله : " في العمل وفي الشارع وفي الأتوبيس ، على قصاصات ورق صغيرة ، وعلى الفوط الورقية في المطاعم . بل وعلى ظهر فاتورة تنظيف الملابس ".
