وأنا أنهي العبارة الأخيرة من الرّواية التي تختم بتلك الجملة الغريبة: بوتي ويت Po tee weet & أدركت أنني قرأت للتو رواية لا تشبه شيئا ممّا قرأته سابقا، لذلك وجدتني ومن جديد أعود لقراءتها مرّة أخرى وكأنّني أبحث فيها عن شيء ما لا أدري ما هو بالتحديد، معنى جديد...ربما، ترتكز الرّواية أساسا على قصف مدينة دردسن الألمانية في أواخر الحرب العالمية الثانية من قبل قوات الحلفاء ، وهو ا وأنا أنهي العبارة الأخيرة من الرّواية التي تختم بتلك الجملة الغريبة: بوتي ويت Po tee weet & أدركت أنني قرأت للتو رواية لا تشبه شيئا ممّا قرأته سابقا، لذلك وجدتني ومن جديد أعود لقراءتها مرّة أخرى وكأنّني أبحث فيها عن شيء ما لا أدري ما هو بالتحديد، معنى جديد...ربما، ترتكز الرّواية أساسا على قصف مدينة دردسن الألمانية في أواخر الحرب العالمية الثانية من قبل قوات الحلفاء ، وهو القصف الذي سبّب مقتل الآلاف من القتلى من المدنيين أكثر حتّى ممّا خلفته قنبلة هيروشيما -رغم أن مجزرة دردسن لم تحظ بتغطية إعلامية وشهرة كما الثانية-.يقول الكثيرون أنّ الحلفاء لم يكونوا حينها يمتلكون أيّة مبررات أو دوافع حربية كافية لذلك القصف العنيف نظرا لأنّ النازية أصلا كانت على وشك الاستسلام بعد أن أنهكت تماما وكا
