إن آية الهم والبرهان من الآيات المحمورية التى يتوقف عليها فهم قصة رسول الله يوسف عليه السلام، وهى قصة استغرقت سورة بأكملها. وإن قراءة جميع التفاسير مطبوعة ومخطوطة لا تشعر بالاطمئنان إلى تفسيرها الصحيح. هذا وقد بلغ من اهتمام علماء وأئمة المسلمين فى الربع الأخير من القرن الرابع عشر الهجرى: أن اتفقوا على عقد مؤتمر بالقدس الشريف سنة 1381 هـ لمناقشة ما قيل فى تفسير هذه الآية الكريمة، وبلغ عدد الذين حضروا هذا المؤتمر خمسمائة من أئمة المسلمين وعلمائهم من جميع أنحاء العالم الإسلامي. وفى نهاية المؤتمر اتفق جميع أعضائه على أن كل ما قيل وما عرض من التفاسير لم يحدد حقيقة معنى الآية الكريمة، وقرر المؤتمر أن الباب يظل مفتوحاً لمعرفة التفسير الصحيح الذى يتفق مع أعجاز النص القرآنى. هذا وقد طبعت أعمال المؤتمر فى مجلدين ضخمين من القطع الكبير ويزيد عدد صفحاتهما على ألفى صفحة. والكتاب الذى بين أيدينا يبين التفسير الصحيح المحكم الذى يعلن عما فة آية الهم والبرهان من وجوه باهرة للإعجاز ظهرت بعد توضحيها أسطع من الشمس فى رابعة النهار. كما تناولنا الرد علمياً على كل تفسير يرفضه النص القرآنى الكريم لعدم مراعاة ما جاء فى النص من آيات باهرة أدى عدم ادراكها الى الانحراف عن المعنى الصحيح واستبداله بمعان بعيدة كل البعد عن الصواب. وبناء على ذلك ينبغى التنبيه إلى تعديل ترجمات معانى القرآن العظيم إلى اللغات الأخرى فى هذا الموضع وغيره. وقد أشرنا إلى ذلك فى (سلسلة إعجاز كلمة أو أكثر فى آية واحدة) إلى مواطن غيرها: هاكم كلام الله تعالى يتحدى العالمين جمعيا ولو بترجمة معاينة تامة كاملة دون تحريف يتساوى العرب فى ذلك مع غيرهم ولن يستطيعوا ولو كان بعضهم لبعض ظهيرا
