ببالغ الغبطة والسرور يشرفني أن أقدم هذا العمل الرائع وهو مؤلف بعنوان "بدائل السجن" أعده المؤلف محمد نور خالد الدباس، وبعد دراستي لهذا المؤلف بتمعن فقد لفت إنتباهي وشد إهتمامي ما اتبعه الباحث من طريقة رائعة في عرض محتوياته ودراسته الوصفية المتعمقة والتي تعبر تعبيراً صادقاً عن جزيل معرفته وعمق خبرته وتجربته لا سيما وأنه يعمل ضابطاً في الأمن العام، واكب العمل الشرطي والقضائي بحرفية تامة. ولقد استرعى إهتمامي منذ البداية جرأة المؤلف وحسن إختياره لهذا الموضوع ذلك أن بدائل السجن هي من الموضوعات الحيوية التي تحظى بإهتمام المحافل والمؤتمرات الدولية ولقد أثار هذا البحث إهتمامي أيضاً من حيث طريقة عرض المشكلة ودور المؤسسات المتخصصة في الإصلاح والتأهيل كما لفت إهتمامي أيضاً الطريقة العلمية التي عرض فيها المؤلف مشكلة البحث
