يقدم هذا الكتاب مفاهيم أساسية المتجهات في جبر المتجه والضرب العددي والضرب الاتجاهي والضرب الثلاثية وتفاضل النتيجه ومتجه موضع جسيم وتفاضل ضروب المتجهات والمركبات الماسية والعمودية للتعجيل والسرعة والتعجيل في الإحداثيات القطبية المستوية والسرعة والتعجيل في الإحداثيات الإسطوانية والكروية وفي الفصل الثاني يتناول ميكانيك الحركية الخطية لجسم موضحاً قوانين نيوتن في الحركة والحركة المستقيمة والقوى التي تعتمد على الموضع والقوة كدالة للزمن والقوى المعتمدة على السرعة والسقوط الثاقولي خلال مانع ويشير في الفصل الثالث الى النظرية النسبية فيتعرض الى تجربة ما يكلسن ومورلي والنظمة القصورية والفرضيات الأساسية للنسبية وتحويلات لورنس ـ اينشتاين وتسوية الطول والزمن والكتلو والطاقة وجمع السرعات ونسبوية الآنية والنسبية الخاصة ـ الحركة ـ وفي الفصل الرابع يقدم المتذبذب التوافقي مبينا القوة المعيدة الخطية وتأثير القوة الخارجية الثابته على المتذبذب التوافقي والطاقة في الحركة التوافقية والخركة التوافقية المضمحلة والحركة التوافقية العسرية وفي الفصل الخامس يبين الحركة العامة لجسيم في ثلاثة اتجاهات موضحاً دالة الطاقة الكامنه وحركة القذيفة والمتذبذب التوافقي في اتجاهين وحركة الجسيمات المشحونة في المجالات الكهرومغناطيسية والحركية المقيدة لجسم ويتناول ديناميكية أنظمة من جسيمات في الفصل السادس وهي الزخمه الزاوي للنظام وحركة جسمية متفاعلين والتصادم والتشتت وحركة جسم مع كتلة متغية وفي الفصل الأخير يركز على ميكانيك لاكرانج والاحداث المعممة والقوى ومعادلات لاكرانج والزخوم المعممة ومبدأ تغييرها ملثون ودالة هاملثون.
