تتوزع أعمالها بين القصة والرواية والمقالة، حازت سحر الموجي عام 2007 علي الجائزة العالمية للشاعر اليوناني الشهير كفافيس

دبت القدمان القويتان على أرض الدلتا اللدنة. أزاحت يداها عيدان الذرة الصفراء حتى وصلت إلى أول الحقل. شدت ربطة رأسها رفعت بقوة الفأس لأعلى. ستقوم بعمل زوحها إلى ان يعود من بلاد النفط والغربة والموت.. بدأت تقلب طمي الأرض بعد أن اجتثت العروق الصفراء بالمنجل. مر الوقت عليها حتى اختفت لسعة صهد الشمس وجفت انهار العرق. لم تتذكر حملها إلا مع إحساسها بطلقات الألم المتتالية تدق ظهرها بعنف من قرر ألا يتيح لها فرصة الذهاب للدار او النداء على القابلة.
