.. ولهذا فإن الجزء الثاني من مذكرات سيتضمن الحديث عن مشاركتي في حزب البعث العربي الإشتراكي ونضالي في صفوفه، ونضالي مع الحركة الوطنية الأردنية، بانتصاراتها ونكساتها، كما يتضمن مشاركتي في عضوية منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية كعضو في المجلس الوطني وعضو في المجلس المركز وعضو لأكثر من مرة في اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينة ، بما في ذلك المشاركة في نشاطات (العمل الفدائي) المسلح ونضالي بشكل عام الذي تواصل حتى أواخر هذا القرن العشرين. أعرف مقدماً أن روايتي للحوادث سوف تتعارض مع كثير من المعلومات السائدة في هذه الأيام، هذه المعلومات التي سمح لها أن تنشر وتعمم وكأنها حقائق تاريخية مع أنها تضمنت أكاذيب وتصويراً مزوراً لبعض الأحداث الهامة، إغفالاً لبعض الحقائق التي تلقي الضوء على ما كان يجري. وعلى الرغم من مضى أكثر من أربعين عاماً على أحداث الخمسينات فإنني لا أكتم القارئ الكريم أنني أتهيب عن ذكر ما أريد لأسباب غير خافية، ولكنني لن أسمح لهذا التهيب أن يسيطر على قلمي، وولن أعتبر أن ضرورات النشر تتطلب أن أقفز على ما يجب أن يقال، ولذلك أشك في إمكانية نشر ما سأكتبه بسبب الظروف السائدة.
