كاتب وروائي كويتي، نشر عدد من المجموعات القصصية، كما نشر رواية بدرية التي نالت شهرة كبيرة في الساحة الأدبية العربية منذ عام 1989م، وكتب عنها الكثير من النقاد العرب نشر كتابين عن فن وعلم التنويم، والعلاج بالطاقة الكونية "ريكي"، حيث يعمل استشاري نفسي واجتماعي، وأستاذ دولي بالتنويم وممثل الجمعية الأمريكية للمنومين وعضو البورد فيها، إضافة إلى تخصصات أخرى في العلاج والتنمية الذاتية حاصل على جائزتين في الأدب، الأولى من مؤسسة التقدم العلمي في الكويت عام 1994م، والثانية جائزة الدولة التشجيعية من المجلس الوطني للثقافة والفنون والآداب في الكويت عام 1997م
Book Description
أما بعد، هي أول رواية كويتية تحكي عن يهود الكويت، حيث تقول كتب التاريخ، إنّ اليهود الذين عاشوا في الكويت، قدم معظمهم منذ أعوام القرن التاسع عشر، من العراق وإيران، ووصل عددهم حتى منتصف القرن العشرين، إلى مئة وخمسين عائلة.
عمل معظمهم بالتجارة، وكان لهم حتى يسمى حتى اليهود، وسوق يسمى سوق اليهود، كما كان لهم كنيس معروف، يمارسون فيه العبادة بحرِّية، وظلوا يعيشون بسلام في الكويت، حتى عام 1948م، عندما خرج آخر يهودي، ويقال إنّ أربع عائلات يهودية رفضت الخروج من الكويت، وظلت تعيش فيها، ولكن لا أحد يعلم مصيرها بعد ذلك.
ومن اليهود الكويتيين المشهورين، الأخوان صالح وداود الكويتي، وهما موسيقيان معروفان عربياً، وقامت الحكومة الإسرائيلية بتسمية شارع في تل أبيب باسميهما.
وهذه الرواية تحكي قصة يعقوب اليهودي، الذي أحب سارة اليهودية منذ الطفولة، ولكن نظراً لإضطرار عائلتيهما للهجرة من الكويت، افترقا لسنوات طويلة، وظل يعقوب يبحث عن سارة في العراق وإسرائيل لسنوات، فهل يجدها؟
