وأخيراً، لا بد من الاعتراف بأن المؤلف قد صور هذا المجرم غير المجيد على نحو يجعله قريباً من قلبك كل القرب. ولقد سار به في مهمته المميتة وقد أحدقت به الأخطار في كل خطوة يخطوها بحيث لا تكاد تقوى على مقاومى الإعجاب بالطريقة التي ينجو فيها من كل مأزق يعترضه. ولا تستطيع إلا 110الشعور بالارتياح كلما تخطى عقبة من العقبات مهما بلغت من التزمت في تعلقك بالقيم الخليقة الرفيعة. إنه كتاب من أمتع الكتب حقاً.
