في سبيل توفير الطالب التقنيات الضروريّة لتقديم المسألة القانونية وعرضها وتحديد النقاط القانونية المُثارة ومناقشتها، ثمّ تنمية مقدرته على معالجتها بصورة صحيحة وتبعاً لمنهجيّة علميّة، قام المؤلِّف بوضع توجيهات عامة لحلّ المسائل والتعليق على القرارات القضائية ووضع الإستشارات القانونية وكتابة الأبحاث القانونية الجنائية.
ومِن ثمّ وضع ستاً وستين مسألة للحلّ، وهي عبارة عن مسائل واقعية يُطلب من الطالب معالجتها وكأنها قضايا جزائية معروضة عليه كرجل قانون مُمارس لمهنته، وقد أشير في نهاية بعض من هذه المسائل إلى مراجع قضائية يمكن الإستعانة بها في حلّها للتشابه الحاصل بينها، ممّا يوفر أيضاً إمكانية التمرّن على التوثيق القانوني وهو عمل هام جداً للطالب.
ومن ثمّ، بما أنّ قرارات المحاكم تكرّس في الواقع حلولاً لمسائل طُرحت، فقد قام المؤلِّف بوضع مئة تعليق على أكثر من مئتين وخمسين قراراً قضائياً وطنياً أو أجنبياً، تؤلف بحدّ ذاتها مرجعاً إجتهادياً هاماً يمكن دوماً الإستعانة به خلال البحث عن حلول لمسائل قانونية معينة.
يضاف إلى ذلك أنّ القرارات الوطنية وتلك الأجنبية التي ترجم المؤلِّف خلاصتها إلى اللغة العربية تشكّل نموذجاً للأسلوب القضائي في معالجة المسائل القانونية يمكن الإقتداء به.
وبما أنّ الإستشارات هي من صلب عمل رجل القانون، سواء أكان مستشاراً أم محامياً، فقد وضع المؤلِّف خمسين إستشارة للمعالجة مبيّناً المنهجية التي يجب أن تتبع في وضعها وتقديمها.
وأخيراً قدّم المؤلِّف سبعين موضوعاً للبحث في القانون الجنائي وخمسين موضوعاً في العلم الجنائي.
