هذا الكتاب يتضمن ما يأتي: شرح تفصيلي للأوراق التجارية طبقا لمواد قانون التجارة المصري الجديد رقم 17 لسنة 1999 المعدل واحدث تطبيقات محكمة النقض وآراء الفقهاء بشأنها وذلك في البنود التالية: أولاً: الكمبيالـة . شرح تفصيلي لنصوص المواد التي تنظم الكمبيالة في قانون التجارة الجديد من حيث إصدارها والبيانات التي يجب أن تشتمل عليها الكمبيالة وإمكانية تظهيرها ومقابل الوفاء فيها وقبول الكمبيالة والضمان الاحتياطي فيها واستحقاقها وتاريخ الوفاء بها وأحكام الرجوع في الكمبيالة وتعدد نسخ الكمبيالة والتحريف فيها وسقوطها بالتقادم واحدث تطبيقات محكمة النقض ثانياً: السـند لأمـر. شرح تفصيلي لنصوص المواد التي تنظم السند لأمر في قانون التجارة الجديد من حيث البيانات التي يجب أن يشتمل عليها السند لأمر ومدى سريان أحكام الكمبيالة على السند لأمر واحدث تطبيقات محكمة النقض ثالثاً: الشيــك . شرح تفصيلي للمواد المتعلقة بالشيك في قانون التجارة المصري الجديد رقم 17 لسنة 1999 من الناحيتين الجنائية والتجارية وذلك بشرح النظام القانوني للشيك وسريانه الزماني ومشكلاته العملية وشرح جرائم الشيك التي تقع بمناسبة التعامل مع البنوك وذلك بشرح جرائم الساحب والمسحوب عليه وجرائم امتناع المسحوب عليه عن الوفاء وجرائم امتناع البنك عن تسليم بيان الامتناع عن الدفع وإعطاء البنك دفتر شيكات لعميله مخالف للبيانات القانونية وجريمة استرداد الرصيد قبل الوفاء بالشيك وإصدار أمر بعدم الصرف وتحرير شيك بصورة تحول دون صرفه وتظهير الشيك مع العلم بعدم وجود رصيد له والإدعاء بسوء نية بتزوير الشيك والحكم برفض هذا الادعاء واحدث تطبيقات محكمة النقض.
