Ladas بعنوان: 2- وكتاب للمؤلف W.R Cornish بعنوان: 3- وكتاب صادر عن الويبو WIPO بعنوان: 4- وكتاب للأستاذ الدكتور محمد حسني عباس، بعنوان الملكية الصناعية والمحل التجاري، (براءات الاختراع والرسوم والنماذج الصناعية والعلامات التجارية والاسم التجاري والمحل التجاري والمنافسة غير المشروعة) ويقع في 544 صفحة، دار النهضة العربية، القاهرة، 1971. 5- وكتاب للأستاذة الدكتورة سميحة القليوبي، بعنوان الملكية الصناعية (براءات الاختراع والرسوم والنماذج الصناعية والعلامات الصناعية والاسم والعنوان التجاري)، يقع في 293 صفحة، دار النهضة العربية، القاهرة، بدون سنة طبع. 6- وكتاب للأستاذ الدكتور صلاح الدين عبد اللطيف الناهي، بعنوان: الوجيز في الملكية الصناعية والتجارية (براءات الاختراع والنماذج والرسوم الصناعية والعلامات والبيانات والأسماء والعناوين التجارية والحذاقة التقنية وسر المصنع والمنتجات النباتية في العراق وفرنسا وألمانيا والولايات المتحدة وانكلترة)، دراسة تحليلية موازنة في إطاري التنظيم التشريعي القومي والدولي. منشور بدعم من الجامعة الأردنية، يقع في 384 صفحة، دار الفرقان للنشر والتوزيع، عمان، الطبعة الأولى، 1982 ــ 1983م. ويروق لي، أن أذكر بأن اهتمامي في حقل هذا الكتاب (الحقوق الفكرية) قد بدأ منذ عام 1980، عندما كنت طالباً في السنة الرابعة في كلية الحقوق بجامعة الإسكندرية، ثم زاد ذلك الاهتمام، خلال دراستي لدرجة الماجستير في كلية الحقوق في جامعة القاهرة (1980 ــ 1982) ثم كانت أطروحتي لنيل درجة الدكتوراه من كلية الحقوق من جامعة دلهي (1992 ــ 1995) في ذات الحقل. كما يروق لي القول، بأنني من الذين تأثروا بقوة بمحاضرات أستاذ الدكتور محسن شفيق وآخرين غيره، من أساتذة جامعة القاهرة، حول عقود نقل التكنولوجيا من الدول المتقدمة إلى الدول النامية من خلال عقود التراخيص، ولما تحتويه هذه الأخيرة، من شروط جد مجحفة تفرضها الدول المرخصة بحق الدول المرخص لها، لدرجة أصبحت معها الحقوق الفكرية وسيلة رئيسية، في هيمنة الدول المتقدمة على الدول النامية، هيمنة ليست على المستوى الاقتصادي فحسب، بل على المستوى السياسي والثقافي والاجتماعي والقانوني أيضاً.
