وأعتبر هذا دوري في مجال النشر حتي نصل إلى ما تبغيه الدولة من نهضة ، إذ ينبغي أن نتعلم من التجارب السابقة التي مرت بها دول في ظروف مشابهة لما نحن فيه، حتي لا نقع في نفس الأخطاء التي وقعت فيها تلك الدول. وأن نتبنى الأفكار والحلول التي قامت بها تلك الدول حتي نختصر الوقت والجهد، ونحقق التقدم المنشود والذي سنصل إليه ، إن شاء الله.
يأتي هذا الكتاب في إطار سلسلة تتبناها دار العربي للنشر والتوزيع، بدأتها بكتاب التجربة التشيكية .... لبيان كيفية التحول إلى الديمقراطية من نظام استبدادي متسلط. وسنتبعها بكتاب عن التجربة البرازيلية ورئيسها السابق "لولا دي سيلفيا"، لتميزها في المجال الاقتصادي الذي صعد بالبرازيل إلى مصاف الدول الاقتصادية الكبرى.
