وأعتبر هذا دوري في مجال النشر حتى نصل إلى ما تبغيه من نهضة، إذ ينبغي أن نتعلم من التجارب السابقة التي مرت بها دول في ظروف مشابهة لما نحن فيه، حتى لا نقع في نفس الأخطاء التي وقعت فيها تلك الدول، وأن نتبنى الأفكار والحلول التي قامت بها تلك الدول حتى نختصر الوقت والجهد، ونحقق التقدم المنشود والذي سنصل إليه.
