في هذه المجموعة من القصائد، هدفت إلى أن أختار بعض الموضوعات المتشابهة عند هؤلاء الشعراء، سواء عند هؤلاء الشعراء، سواء عند الثلاثة أو عند شاعرين اثنين منهم على الأقل إلى جانب حرصي على اختيار الأفضل، فأنا أحسب أن لكل شاعر رؤيا خاصة به في ما يتعلق بالموضوع نفسه، وبالطبع له لغته الخاصة وصورته الشعرية المتفردة، وأسلوب المدرسة الشعرية التي ينتمي إليها، ثم الزاوية التي ينظر منها إلى هذا الموضوع، فالأمكنة (الديار، البوادي، الحقول، الغابات مثلاً) والأزمنة (الصباح، الغروب، المساء، الليل مثلاً)، والأشخاص (المرأة، الشجاع، الكريم، البخيل، الجبان مثلاً) تختلف النظرة إليها باختلاف رؤيا الشاعر، ولهذا جهدت أن أختار الموضوعات المتشابهة لنرى كيف تتمايز طرق التناول عند هؤلاء الشعراء.
