ربما تكون الرواية هي بيت أسرار المرأة وصندوقها السري الذي لا يقوى على فتح مغاليقه إلا أنثى مثلها، ونحسب أن "لبنى الغلاييني" قبضت على المفتاح، ولن يكون إلا بمتناول القارئ الفطن ليلج عبره عالم المرأة/الكاتبة؛ ما تروي، وكيف تروي تجربتها عبر "مزاج أنثى" وقد اختارت صديقين دائمين لرحلتها هما: الكاتب البرازيلي باولو كويللو والمتصوف المصري ابن عطاء السكندري وكأنها تومئ للقارئ أن لا حدود للأدب ولا حواجز للأديب فيما يود قوله كحالم لا رقيب على مناماته. و"مزاج أنثى" ليست رواية تقليدية بالمعنى الحرفي للبناء الروائي المعتاد الذي يسير فيه الكتّاب على هدي وصفة جاهزة؛ بل هو عمل يكتب نفسه بنفسه. وقد استطاعت عبره الكاتبة أن تكتب وتبتكر شكلها الأدبي لحظة تدوينه، مدركة أهمية التفرد في اختيار طريق خاص في الكتابة لا يشبه أحداً، فتعمل "لبنى" في النص كما لو كانت في حلم، تنتقل وتتجول بين الأزمنة والأمكنة، تأسرها فكرة الترحال والمغامرة المصاحبة للتسكع. تقول: "... كل ما يرتبط بالترحال له عندي نكهة مميزة../ للمطارات دائماً نكهة مميزة/ ملامح مميزة. رائحة مميزة/ أليست المطارات هي الوجه الحقيقي للحياة؟/ مقطعاً مصوراً لها بالحركة السريعة؟ (...) هل أحب المطارات!! أم أحب اختصار الحياة بأخذ نسخة مختصرة عنها؟!! لعلي أستعجل الوصول لقمة المنحنى دون المرور بأطرافه! اختصاراً/ لما تصر الحياة تعليمي إياه./ بأغلفة جديدة كل مرة، فأحسبه درساً جديداً..! أم أنها رغبة دفينة بالابتعاد لقناعة تشكلت في داخلي أننا كلما ابتعدنا.. وجدنا أنفسنا أكثر". وفي مزاج أنثى أيضاً سنرافق الكاتبة في طفولتها، وشبابها، وأحلامها وذكرياتها بين بيروت أيام زمان وبين حارات الشام وياسمينها، وصدى صوت فيروز وهو يصدح بين نوافيرها وذكريات من الزمن الجميل، ورفاق الدرب، وكل ما يبعث على البقاء ويُحيي فينا الأمل، بأن الحياة تستحق أن تعاش...
