هذا الكتاب حرّر نصوصه عشرون كاتباً ومثقفاً وإعلامياً من بلدان عربية مختلفة توزعت نصوصهم على بابين: الأول يفضي إلى نصوص معرفية عامة في الثقافة والأنتروبولوجيا والسياسة والشعر، أما الثاني فيفتح على نصوص حول ثلاث عشرة مدينة مغربية اعتمدنا في تناولها على قاعدة كاتب واحد لمدينة واحدة، بيد أن أربع مدن هي فاس وأصيلة والرباط ومراكش قد حظيت كل منها بنصّين من كاتبين مختلفي الحساسيات والانتماء الثقافي والجهوي. تبقى إشارة أخيرة إلى أننا صنّفنا أسماء الكتّاب بحسب الترتيب الأبجدي.
