النباهي (713 - بعد 792 هـ = 1313 - بعد 1390 م)
علي بن عبد الله بن محمد بن محمد ابن الحسن الجذامي المالقي النباهي، أبو الحسن، المعروف بابن الحسن: قابض، من الأدباء المؤرخين.
ولد بمالقة، ورحل إلى غرناطة، ثم ولي خطة القضاء بها.
وأرسل مرتين في سفارة سياسية من غرناطة إلى فاس (سنة 767 و 788 هـ) وكان صديقا للسان الدين ابن الخطيب ثم انقلبا عدوين، فنال منه ابن الخطيب ولقبه بالجعسوس (القصير) ازدراءا له، وكتب رسالة في هجائه سماها «خلع الرسن في وصف القاضي ابن الحسن» ولابن الحسن كتب مفيدة، منها «المرقبة العليا فيمن يستحق القضاء والفتيا - ط» سماه ناشره «تاريخ قضاة الأندلس» و «نزهة البصائر والأبصار - خ» تناول به استطرادا تاريخ الدولة النصرية بغرناطة.
