زرتها، بعد أيام مِن إصابتها بجلطةٍ تركَت
نصفَها الأيسر مشلو .ًال كانت تنطق بصعوبةٍ.
قبّلتُ جبينَها وتبادلنا كلاما معتادا في مثل تلك
المواقف. اتضح لي لحظتها أنها زهدت الحياة؛ إلا
قلي ،ًال فلمحتُ طيف "عقل" أعلى السرير وعلى
وجهه ابتسامةُ رضا.
كانت "الست" تشدو: "كان لك معايا أجمل
حكاية في العمر كله". كان الراديو العتيق إلى
جوارها فوق السرير بناءً على طلبها، فيما صورُ
زوجها الراحل وأبنائها وأحفادها موزَّعة على
الحوائط. كان بينها صورةٌ فوتوغرافيةٌ لها، في هيئة
"الموناليزا". بعد أيام ستفقدُ النطقَ. سترفض
تناول أي طعام، ثم سيحملونها فاقدةً الوعي إلى
العناية المركزة، بمستشفى المنصورة الدولي.
