Book Description
أغمض حارق عينيه ثم تمتم ببعض الكلمات التي صرخ حسين على أثرها ثم تحدّث الأوّل مرّة أخرى قائلاً:
- ستبقى العلامة في ذراعك الأيسر للأبد، حتى تتذكرني يا صديقي هه.
نظر حسين إلى ذراعه الأيسر ليجد حرقًا بالنيران كُتب به اسم السّاحر، حارق، ليُكمل قائلاً:
- ما أردت أن أعلّمه لك يا حسين أن البشر دائمًا ما يُحاولون التدخل في العالم الآخر، وجرّاء ذلك عُقدت العهود والقرابين بين البشر وعشائر الجن والتي على أثرها أصبح البشر مُلزمين بالوفاء بتلك العهود للأبد، حيث ينتقل العهد من الجدّ إلى الحفيد ومن الحفيد إلى حفيده وهكذا، ونتيجة ذلك، ضاعت العهود وعجز البشر عن الوفاء بها، لذا فكلّ حقبة زمنيّة ستحدُث فيها مذبحة بشريّة لبعض طوائف البشر التي لها علاقة بتلك العهود، في كلّ حقبة زمنيّة سيظهر غول بشريّ يرتكب مذابح دامية بين البشر، ثم يختفي بطُرق مُختلفة في كلّ مرّة.
- وأيّ حقبة تلك التي سيظهر فيها الغول القادم؟
- لن أخبرك بموعدها، ولكنها في القريب العاجل، القريب الذي أقصده قد يكون بعد عشر سنوات من سنوات البشر أو أكثر قليلاً، المهمّ أنك ستعرف الغول حينما يظهر، ستعلم كلّ شيء حينما يحدُث، وقتها لن تملك له إلا السّمع والطّاعة، سيكون الغول القادم هو ملعون هذا الزمان، احترس من إيذاء الملعون، وإلا فستدفع الثمن غاليًا، ابتعد عن طريقه يا حسين.
- وما المصلحة من ظهوره؟
- على البشر الذين برموا العهود مع عشائر الجن أن يُدركوا أن الجن والخدم ليسوا لعبة في أيديهم، وإنما هو عالم مثلهم وأفضل منهم أيضًا، يجب عليهم أن يُدركوا بُعد ما فعلوه، حتى لا يُكرّرونها مرّة أخرى.
- وماذا عني؟
- سأتركك تخرج هذه المرّة لتنقل هذا الحديث إلى عابد وغيره، أنا أعلم أنك لا تمتلك الجرأة على العودة هُنا مرّة أخرى يا حسين، أنت أحقر من أن تُكرّرها.
- عُلم.
- ومن يُخالف العهد، أو يُفكّر حتى في مخالفته والدّخول في تحدٍ مع الجن سينتهي، سيُذبح، سيُنفى، سيحترق! هل سمعتني؟!
صرخ حارق في وجه حسين بغضب قائلا:
- سيحترق، سيحترق، سيحترق.
كرّرها حارق عدّة مرّات ثم وقع حسين مغشيًا عليه واشتعلت النيران مرّة أخرى وأحاطت به، وبعد ثوانٍ أخمدت النيران ولكن، أين حسين؟!
