Book Description
أبو فراس الحارث بن سعيد بن حمدان الحمدوني، يعود بعمومته إلى تغلب وبخؤولته إلى تميم، كما يقول في شعره.
قيل إنه ولد في الموصل فسمّاه والده الحارث وكنّاه أبا فراس، أي الأسد، ولم يخيّب ظنّ والده فقد كان فارساً من الفرسان المعدودين.
ربي أبو فراس يتيماً تحتضنه أمّه ويعطف عليه ابن عمّه سيف الدولة، أخو ناصر الدولة، وشعر أبي فراس وهو موضوع هذا الكتاب وجداني ينطق بشخصية صاحبه، شخصية رجل أبي النفس، فخور، شجاع، صادق المودّة، محبّ لأمّه بَرّ بها، محبّ لأولاده ووطنه، مخلص لابن عمّه سيف الدولة، وكان يتشيّع لآل البيت وله فيهم ثلاث قصائد هي من أروع شعره، يعرب فيها عن إخلاصه لهم وصدق تعلّقه بهم، وتألّمه لما نابهم من حيف وأذى.
وأبو فراس نفح الشعر العربي بروميّاته التي نظمها وهو أسير بلون عاطفي لم يعرف من ذي قبل، يرشح بصدق الإحساس، والتصوير الواقعي والشكوى والتألّم، وهذا اللون هو الذي ضمن له الخلود الأدبي.
وقد تم مراجعة هذه الطبعة على مخطوطة المكتبة العبدلية الصادقية، التونسية، المنسوخة سنة 548هــ.
