علي عاميمر كاتب وروائي معاصر عرف بأسلوبه الفريد وقدرته على تناول القضايا الاجتماعية والسياسية بجرأة وعمق. وُلد في مدينة هامبورغ بألمانيا، ونشأ فيها، والتي كان لها تأثير كبير على كتاباته.
تتخرج علي عاميمر من كلية اللاهوت AWAKING SCHOOL حيث درس فيها تاريخ اليهود وأساطيرهم المنبثقة من الخرافات البابلية والمصرية القديمة، لكن استهوته الرواية واشتد شغفه بالفانتازيا والخيال، مما أتاح له التعرف على ثقافات وأدبيات الشرق الأسطورية بشكل أعمق. بدأ الكتابة في سن مبكرة، وعبّر من خلالها عن قضايا الهوية، الحرية، والتمييز، وخاصة من منظور المجتمعات المهمشة.
روايته "ثورة المثلية" تبرز كأحد أهم أعماله، حيث يستكشف من خلالها التحديات الكبيرة التي واجهها لما قرر أن يسافر مع القارئ في ثورة المثليية الشاقة في المجتمعات الشرقية، مسلطًا الضوء على الحاجة إلى التغيير والقبول، يتميز علي بأسلوبه السلس وواقعيته، مما يجعل قراءه يتفاعلون بشكل عاطفي مع شخصياته وحبكات قصصه.
من خلال أعماله، يسعى علي عاميمر إلى توفير منصة للأصوات التي غالبًا ما يتم تهميشها، مما يساهم في مناقشة القضايا الاجتماعية الحساسة ورفع الوعي حول حقوق الإنسان.
