الكتاب يتحدثُ عن موضوع التعدد (تعدد الزوجات)، من زاوية مختلفة؛ زاوية المعدد نفسه - الرجل - فتطبيق شرع الله سبحانه وتعالى منضبط بضوابط تضمن العدالة وتمنع وقوع الظلم، ولأننا نعيش اليوم في ظروف استثنائية بسبب الصراعات في المنطقة ازدادت نسب فاقدات الزوج بالإضافه للمطلقات، والعنوسة العالية.. هذه الأمور جعلت فئة من الذكور تنشط بعد سبات مستغلةً الأوضاع من خلال رفع شعار تطبيق شرع الله بالتعدد، هذه الفئة هم مَن وصفهم الكتاب بالحلازين.
الهدف الرئيس؛ وضع قطار الحياة الزوجية على السكة الصحيحة.
لذلك نصيحتي لكل أخت متزوجة في بيتها حلزون أو أرملة مكلومة يحوم حول حماها حلزون، او مطلقة يتربصها حلزون، بل حتى العزباء التي ترى آثار حلزون قربها؛ لا تفوتنَ قراءة الكتاب، ففيه الدواء لذي قوقعة.
