مقدمة:
مزرعة الحيوانات هي رواية استعارية ساخرة ، على شكل حكاية وحش ، بقلم جورج أورويل ، نُشرت لأول مرة في إنجلترا في 17 أغسطس 1945. وتحكي قصة مجموعة من حيوانات المزرعة المجسمة التي يتمردون على المزارع البشري، على أمل إنشاء مجتمع حيث تكون الحيوانات متساوية وحرة وسعيدة. في النهاية، تم خيانة التمرد، وتحت دكتاتورية خنزير يُدعى نابليون ، انتهى الأمر بالمزرعة في حالة سيئة كما كانت من قبل.
