تقع واحة فدك وقد كان سكانها من قبيلة بني عبس الغطفانية يهود الديانة، اشتهرت فدك بزراعة القمح والتمور. أرسل علي بن أبي طالب لفدك وتم مصالحتهم على دفع الجزية وقد أسلم معظمهم.
