أنشأه السلطان قايتباى، وكان على يمين الداخل من باب رواق الشوام، وقد زاد فيه الأمير عثمان كتخدا، ثم الأمير عبد الرحمن كتخدا، حتى أصبح أكبر من رواق الصعايدة الذي أنشأه هو.
