دلي (بالتركية العثمانية: دلی) (بالتركية الحديثة: Deli) هي فرقة عسكرية تشكلت في نهايات القرن الخامس عشر الميلادي بالروملي. وكان أصل الكلمة "دليلا" ثم أطلق عليهم "دلي" بمعنى مجنون، نظرًا للبطولات الجنونية التي يقومون بها. وقد ألغيت الفرقة عام 1829.
