خبز الفرن الطيني أو خبز الطّين ويُسمّى أيضاً بخبز الفرن هو نوع من أنواع الخبز الشائع عند البويبلونيون في جنوب غرب الولايات المتحدة. تحتوي عجينة الخبز على اللحم، الخضار، بذور أو مكسرات، وغالباً ما يُشكّل الخبز على أشكال الحيوانات المحلّيّة.
