حدقة هتشنسون (بالإنجليزية: Hutchinson"s pupil) هي علامة سريرية تكون فيها الحدقة على جانب الكتلة المصابة داخل الجمجمة وتتوسع ولا تتفاعل للضوء، وذلك بسبب ضغط العصب المحرك للعين على ذلك الجانب. العلامة سميت باسم السير جوناثان هاتشينسون.
