برزخ كرونيغ (بالإنجليزية: Kronig isthmus) هو نِطاقُ من الرنين يُمثِلُ قمة الرئة، ويُعرف أيضًا على أنه جُزء شبيه بالحِزام يُمثل منطقة الرنين ويمتدُ على الكتف، ويربطُ المناطق الكبرى من الرئتين فوق قمة الرئة إلى الأمام والخلف.
