مارك وليام فلت (بالإنجليزية: Mark Felt)‏ (17 أغسطس 1913 – 18 ديسمبر 2008) كان عميلًا خاصًّا في مكتب التحقيقات الاتحادي (FBI). تقاعد من منصبه كنائب مدير المكتب عام 1973.بعد حفظه للسر لمدة 30 عاما بمشاركة الصحفيين : "بوب ودورد" و "كارل برنستين"، إعترف في 31 مايو 2005 بأنه من أبلغ عن المخالفات في فضيحة ووترغيت. كان معروفا آنذاك ب "الحلق العميق".
