Ageing and Health (Book)

As the world population and life expectancy increase, the number of elderly people also increases. It is estimated that the number of elderly people will increase and not decrease in the coming years. Here are some guidelines for coping with aging as a normal life cycle rather than a problem. Some of the biggest challenges to aging are diseases. It doesn't just affect the elderly, it is also seen in young people, such as blockage of blood vessels. This is fueled by a sedentary lifestyle for the elderly, exercise and physical activity are more important than nutrition in maintaining youth. After the age of fifty, it is difficult to see a person in mental and physical health who has not done any physical work. People who exercise despite their age look younger than others. A healthy life is what everyone wants. Just as certain health hazards shorten life span, certain precautions also increase life span.
The answer to the question of whether one can go back to youth is no in terms of age. But in terms of performing the biological functions of the body, it can be said that it is possible. There is no doubt that good food is the only way to live a healthy life. It is seen in many verses that the Qur'an calls for you to eat what is permissible and what is special from what Allah has given you. Countless studies have been done on healthy eating habits. A proper balanced diet is essential for good health.
