وإذا كان أصل الدول، هو إجتماع الجماعات الظافرة بالجماعات المستعبدة، فلا بد إذن من الحروب، أبدا، ليبقى الظافر، فتكون الدول، عندها، بنات الحرب.
هل مستغرب، بعد، أن تكون الحروب "هي التي تولد التاريخ"؟
