فتتوهى بأحضان تخدرك
وتطوفى بكل بلدان العشق
من الغرب والشرق مًبًتٌهّجّهّ
وبين وجدانى تسكنى انتى فؤادى
فاقوم انا واقف على بابك منتظرون
حتى اسْكُنْكَ قصور الملوك مكانهم
ونهدم معابد من لا يعشق انظارك
فأنتى بين جسور العشق جالسهّ
وعند الورود رحيق يبث منها اعطارك
