محمد بن عبد الله السبيل (1924 - 17 ديسمبر 2012)، ولد في مدينة البكيرية بمنطقة القصيم. إمام وخطيب الحرم المكي لأربعة وأربعين عامًا وعضو هيئة كبار العلماء وعضو المجمع الفقهي الإسلامي والرئيس العام لشئون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي ورئيس لجنة أعلام الحرم بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وهو أحد الرهائن الناجون من حادثة اقتحام جماعة جهيمان المسلحة الحرم المكي فجرًا حيث كان السبيل هو الإمام الذي يصلي بالناس صلاة الفجر.
قام بأكثر من 100 رحلة دعوية خارج المملكة شملت أكثر من 50 دولة، وألف 27 كتاباً.
التعليم
وحفظ القرآن صغيرا. تعلم على يد والده وعلى يد الشيخ عبد الرحمن الكريديس (رحمهما الله). في سن الرابعة عشرة، أحسن تجويد القرآن على يد الشيخ سعدي ياسين. أخذ العلم الشرعي عن أخيه الشيخ عبد العزيز السبيل والشيخ محمد المقبل والشيخ عبد الله بن حميد.
