خبرته بالكتابة الصحفية أكثر من 20سنه.
Book Description
بين الوقائع والذكريات وعبر مساحات سردية متقاربة، والانتقال من الواقعة الى الذكرى أو العكس، يعيد "عبد الله بن بخيت" للذاكرة بريقها وفق تداعيات شخصية لا تتورع عن تسمية الأشياء بأسمائها، ماضياً في تسجيل حكايات الرياض القديمة في ثلاثينيات وأربعينيات القرن المنصرم.
وفي هذا العمل يبدأ الروائي بسرد مدونة البطحاء من خلال شخصية "حزام اليماني" صاحب الدكان أو المدرسة المتخصصة بشؤون الغيبيات، ماضياً في وصف وتسجيل ذاكرة الأحياء وشخصيات الشوارع الضيقة و"السكيك" ونوافذ البيوت وأبوابها، بأسلوب سردي مبسط فيقول: "لا يمكن أن أنسى المرة الأولى التي سمعت فيها بنظرية دارون. كان عمري ثلاث عشرة سنة. كل ما أعرفه في تلك الفترة من عمري أن العالم ينقسم قسمين/ قسم خاص بالإنس، وقسم خاص بالجن (...) كنت أخاف منهم، ولكن "حزام اليماني" صاحب الدكان قلص خوفي ووضعه في حدوده الدنيا".
"جنحا" أحد شخصيات ابن بخيت، التي تمزج الشخص بالأسطوري بالشعبي، يقول عنه ابن بخيت تحت عنوان: "حوطة خالد"، وهي اسم لإحدى ضواحي الرياض "كان يلقب بجنجا. لقب غريب.. أليس كذلك؟ بيد أنه لم يكن غريباً في الأيام القديمة. اسمه الحقيقي واحد من تلك الأسماء السائدة، والتي تكاد تخرج من السجلات الحديثة لتحل محلها الأسماء الجديدة اللامعة، كذلك لو ناديت قبل ثلاثين عاماً بأعلى صوتك "يا جنحا يا جنحا" في أي من حارات الرياض القديمة، ابتداء من طلعة الشميسي حتى حي غبيرة، لخرج إليك عشرات الأطفال يلبون النداء".
هكذا هو عبد بن بخيت يحفر في قاع الذاكرة، ليعيدها حية كما لو كانت الحياة لم تتجاوز بعد سنواتها الأولى، بروحها الطيبة، وناسها الأنقياء من درّن حضارة الزمن الآتي...
