وقد قسمت البحث إلى تقدمة فيها التعريف اللغوي والشرعي للإقالة.
ثم ذكرت حكمها.
ثو فصلت في تكييفها مع ذكر الأقاويل وأدلتها.
ثم آثار اختلاف العلماء في تكييفها.
ثم ذكرت شروط الإقالة.
وأسأل الله التوفيق والسداد في كل ما أكتبه إنه على ذلك قدير وبالإجابة جدير. آمين.
