عن حياة الملك الشاب إخناتون وصراعة مع كهنة الإله آمون في طيبة حين نادى بتوحيد جميع الآلهة في طول البلاد وعرضها وحين إشتد الصراع انتقل وبعض من أتباعه إلى مدينة نائية في عمق الصحراء في منتصف الطريق بين طيبه ومنف وأطلق عليها أخت آتون أي أفق الإله آتون وهى تل العمارنة حاليا لكن لم تدم الاقامه فيها طويلا ولم تنعم هذه المدينة يوما بالحياة الهانئة نظرا لما يتمتع به الكهنة الغلاظ - كهنة طيبة -من نفوذ وسلطة في نفوس العباد والبلاد الى ان كانت النهاية المأساوية وتحطيم كل الرموز والاشارات والمتون والصلوات التعبدية التي كان يقوم بها الملك الشاب في حياته .
