كتاب يشرح أساسيات لغة الجسد وأساليب التأثير من خلالها، للمؤلف خالد بن محمد المسيهيج، ويتكون من 162 صفحة مقسمة على سبعة فصول الفصل الأول يتحدث عن الجوانب النظرية في لغة الجسد والتعريف بالعلم والدراسات التي تناولته،
وأهميته والمستفيدين منه ودوره في حياتنا اليومية، الفصل الثاني عن قراءة الجسد وشروطها وضوابطها وسبل تنميتها، وكذلك دلالات الحركات المختلفة للغة الجسد، الفصل الثالث يختص بالإيماءات الجسدية الاجتماعية، وبيان أهميتها وكذلك عرض بعض الأمثلة عليها الإيجابي منها والسلبي، وكذلك تحليل أساليب المصافحة، الفصل الرابع يتمحول حول الأوضاع الجسدية سواء المشي أو الوقوف والجلوس والتدخين، أما الفصل الخامس فيتناول لغة المظهر والألوان ودلالات اللبس والعطور وأهمية ذلك في معرفة بعض جوانب الشخصية المختلفة، والفصل السادس عن الأصوات غير اللفظية ونبرة الصوت وعلاقتها بالأنماط والأنظمة التمثيلية، أما الفصل السابع والأخير فقد خصص لمهارات الإلقاء وسبل تطويرها.
