هذا الكتاب للدكتور أمين عبدالمجيد بدوي ليس أول كتاب في موضوعه إذ سبقته العديد من الكتب ولكنه الاول من حيث نهجه وطريقته واصطلاحاته العلمية البتكرة، فقد درج مؤلفو كتب قواعد اللغة الفارسية على البدء بتقسيم الكلمة إلى اسم وفعل وحرف والتدرج رويدًا رويدًا، إلا أن هذا الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا يبدأ فيه المؤلف بعرض الجملة باعتبارها أصغر وحدة للكلام المفيد، ثم قسم الجملة إلى جزءين أساسيين، وتحدث عن جزئيات كل قسم منها، وثنى بالحديث عن انواع الجمل وبنائها وترابطها وموقع الكلمة في كل نوع منها ووظيفة كل كلمة، وانتهى إلى إعرابها وتحليلها بعبارة واضحة سهلة وترتيب منطقي سليم. واقتضاه هذا المنهج إلى رفض بعض الاصطلاحات النحوية المتعارفة ووضع اصطلاحات جديدة لم يسبق إليها. والقسمان الأولان من الكتاب شاملان لأصول المسائل التي كان كاتب هذه السطور قد ألفها لأجل تعليم القواعد الفارسية في المدارس، ثم القسم الثالث يتحدث عن بنية الجملة، والقسم الرابع يتناول فيه لاحقة المصدر، والقسم الخامس يعرض فيه تحقيقات في اللغة الفارسية، أما القسم السادس فيعرض فيه تحقيقات في فصاحة اللغة الفارسية
