Book Description
يجادل كتاب «قص الحق» بأن النظم الوضعية ومنها ما أوجدته الديمقراطيات ستؤدي بالضرورة إلى تلويث الأرض. وأنه لا خلاص للبشر إلا بتطبيق الشريعة الإسلامية سواء كانوا مسلمين أو لم يكونوا. ولعل ما يميز الكتاب هو الربط بين الأحكام المختلفة والتي من خلالها سنتمكن بإذن الله من رؤية ما ستسحب إليه الشريعة إن طُبقت. فمثلاً، ما علاقة ربوا الفضل بالزكاة وبإحياء الأرض وبمنع الخراج في الأسواق؟ هذا الربط كمثال بين أحكام الشريعة وواقعنا المعاصر، هو الذي يجلي عِظم الشريعة.
