قال رامي: أنت طالق بالثلاثة
سوسن بذهول: أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم! ماذا تقول في صباحية شهر عسل لم ينتهِ إلا اليوم!
قال رامي: كما سمعتِ أنت طالق ثلاثا لا رجعة فيها
قالت سوسن: تمزح؟
رامي: ألا تعلمين أنه لا مزاح في الطلاق؟
سوسن: ماذا رأيت مني كي تطلقني.؟ سوء أدب؟ رائحة كريهة؟ رفعت صوتي عليك؟
رامي: والله إنك أنظف وأجمل امرأة رأيتها لكني لا أريدك!
سوسن: لمَ؟
رامي: أهلي غصبوني على الزواج منك!
سوسن: نعم! رجال مغصوب؟ كيف!
رامي: مثل ما سمعتِ، أنا لا أريدك وكنت أنوي الزواج بغيركِ لكن أهلي أصرّوا عليكِ
سوسن: وأنا ما ذنبي ولمَ وافقت من الاول؟
رامي: غصبًا عني!
سوسن: خليك معي، ستحبني!
رامي: لا
سوسن: ماذا سيقول المجتمع عني، شهر مطلّقة؟
رامي: لعنة الله على هذا المجتمع! هو السبب في أني أخذتك بدون رغبتي
سوسن: إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون، الله يجيرني في مصيبتي فيك!
رامي: يا الله، خذي أغراضك وعلى بيتك أهلك!
سوسن تبكي ولا تقول شيئا
