رواية "عند مفترق الأرواح" لعبد الإله الياسري هي رحلة روحية ونفسية عميقة يخوضها البطل لياس في محاولة لاكتشاف ذاته ومعنى الحياة. تبدأ الرواية بانغماس لياس في عوالم رمزية مليئة بالظلال والمغارات، حيث يواجه مخاوفه وأسئلته الوجودية. تمرّ الأحداث بتجارب داخلية مكثفة تحمل طابعًا فلسفيًا وصوفيًا، تُمثّل الرموز فيها أبعادًا روحية كالضوء والظلام والمفترقات. في النهاية، لا يصل لياس إلى نهاية تقليدية، بل إلى وعي متجدد بأن الحياة ليست وجهة بل مسار من الفهم الذاتي المستمر. الخاتمة تمثّل انطلاقة جديدة لا نهايةً مغلقة
