كتاب علامات أخذت على أنها أعاجيب تأليف فرانكو موريتي، يتناول الكتاب الذي نقل للمرة الأولى إلى اللغة العربية ضمن رؤية واسعة، الظواهر الأدبية ومناهج التأريخ الأدبي وغايته.
ينحدر فرانكو موريتي من أصل إيطالي، يدرس الأدب الإنجليزي والأدب المقارن في جامعة ستانفورد، وهو مؤسس ومدير مركز دراسات الرواية فيها، وقد سبق له أن درس الأدب المقارن في جامعة كولومبيا لسنوات عدة تحت رئاسة إدورد سعيد، ألقى محاضرات في جامعتي بيركلي وبرينستون، علاوة على كونه مستشارا علميا لدى وزارة الأبحاث الفرنسية، اهتم بأدب القرن الـ 19 وأوائل القرن الـ 20، مع اهتمام خاص بتاريخ القراءة والجغرافيا الثقافية، والرواية ونظرية السرد، وتداخل الفروع المعرفية والسينما، ومن أبرز كتاباته (حال الدنيا: الرواية التكوينية في الثقافة الأوروبية)، و(ملحمة حديثة: النظام العالمي من غوتة إلى غارسيا ماركيز)، و(أطلس الرواية الأوروبية) و(مخططات، خرائط، أشجار: نماذج مجردة من أجل تاريخ أدبي 2005).
