تيتسيو مييورا أو بالانجليزية (Tetsuo Miura) ، ولد في عام 1931 في أوموري، اليابان. حاز على جائزة أكوتاجاوا للآداب وجائزة النوما للأدب وجوائز عديدة أخرى. كتابه "عار في السلالة " هو الكتاب الأول الذي ترجم إلى الانجليزية ومنه إلى لغات أخرى مثل العربية وغيرها.
